Many thank.
I checked Cubasis, and Auto-Quantize was off!

Hi tja, Is the cubasis - tja00.mid file for what you posted previously here ? I loaded this file into logic and I'm not seeing any 'too long' bass notes (although I am seeing bass note overlap which might be causing Cubasis grief) Regards, Nic.

Not exactly, as I did not save the former state. I just redid this... Also, I included the Cubasis project as zip file

Hi tja , Making a little bit of progress, but wonder whether you could do something for me when you have time: - in MidiFire drop an Event Monitor onto the canvas - connect the ChordFlow source to the Event Monitor - open up the event monitor detail and select 'timestamps' as 'relative' Switch over to Chordflow and run your test chords Switch back to MidiFire, scroll the Event monitor detail to the top so event at time 0 is displayed. Take screenshot and upload I want to see exactly what order ChordFlow is sending the events. I think the cubasis .mid file has re-ordered them. No hurry! Regards, Nic.

Hi tja, Routing is correct. Just press the 'cog' on the Event Monitor to open it and then take the screenshot. I would like to see the timings of the events if that is possible. Regards, Nic.

And to check, if ChordFlow is the problem, I replaced it by modstep (as I could not manage to get Xequence visible as input):

I also tried to swap the "note on" and "note off" code ( == 90 and == 80), trying to first silence and only then send notes again.
But that did not help.
And yes, you can hear the stray notes! At least sometimes.
