Mapping pitch bend to control pan as well in stream byter

Hi,

I'm trying to enable pitch bend data to control pan as well as pitch using MidiBridge.

So when my pitch wheel sends positive and negative values, I'd like the positive values to pan left, and negative values to pan right (in proportion to the bend values). Center pitch = Center pan.

Note that I'd like to also maintain the current pitch-bending functionality.

Any suggestions on how to do this using Stream Byter?
