I know that the syntax below maps CC0 on all Chanel's to E flat note:
BX 00 = 9X 24 7F
What would be the equivalent to map CC100, CC101, CC102 and CC103?
When I replace BX 00 with BX100 I get an error. I'm guessing there's some hexadecimal way of stating CC100?
