Hello, I'm looking for an app which will midi sync Korg ims20 so I can use start/stop controls. Does such an app exist and will any of the Audeonic apps allow me to do this. thanks  |

Hi oblique, As far as I know, iMS20 does not do sync, but it is possible to start/stop using a MIDI CC message, so assuming the bpm on iMS20 matches exactly the clock source you could use MidiBridge to translate the MIDI start and stop events to the Korg CC events. You would need the Stream Byter to do this. The rules below would do the mapping: # map MIDI start/stop to iMS20 start/stop FA = B0 6F 7F FB = B0 6F 7F FC = B0 6F 00 You would run your clock signal into MidiBridge and then send that signal to iMS20 through a Stream Byter module with the above rules.
