Hey Nic,
I'm wondering if you can program stream byter to send the first 3 key on/off messages to midi channel 1 and then 4, 5 & 6 to midi channel 2. I was thinking more polyphony added from a second volca fm might be fun.
Thanks
Mrc

Hi mrcrappypants, Stream Byter can't count so not something it could cater for. You might sorta, kinda be able to do this with 6 scenes that get flipped forwards/back on note on/off events. Something like: - set Scene Channel in MidiBridge to 16 (we will hijack it) in scene 0 9X XX 00 = 8X 9X = CF 01 +C # switch to scene 1 on any note onin scene 1 9X XX 00 = 8X 9X = CF 02 +C # switch to scene 2 on any note on 8X = CF 00 +C # switch to scene 0 on any note offSimilar for scenes 2 to 5 (adjust numbers in red) but in scene 3 you also remap all note events to channel 2: NX = X1Finally in scene 6 you don't need the rule that switches scene on note on. There is a problem in that if you hold down more than 6 notes as you flip back the note off events will go to the wrong channel. Either never use more than 6 simultaneously or use more scenes. This is really fiddly and a bit of a kludge. Regards, Nic.

I'll give it try next time my buddy is around with his volca. I haven't even checked out the scenes section of midibridge. May just have to today to see if there are any cool things I could do with it.
Thanks again Nic
