My controller requires that I push a button twice to change to the next preset. So when I push a button, it sends CC127 and correctly changes the patch. If I press the same switch again, it sends CC0 and does nothing. I have to press it again to change to the next patch. I'm hoping to add a line to keep me from having to double tap for the next patch. Any help will be appreciated!

Hi epefeman , You don't specify which CC this is, so this rule will convert all CCs value 0 to 127: BX XX 00 = XX XX 7FIf you need this only on a specific CC just let me know which one and I can adjust the rule. (hint, it's the 'XX' just before the '00' that would need to change) Regards, Nic.

I put the rule in the 'stream byter' and can see the change taking place by using the 'event monitor', but for some reason, the receiving program is still requiring 2 presses to change to the next preset. Any ideas why?

Hi epefeman , Sounds like a routing issue. What is the app you are trying to control and what does your routing in MidiFire look like? Regards, Nic.
