Hi,
A couple of weeks ago I got some excellent help from Nic (and MidiFire/StreamByter) to transform PC numbers to CC numbers on my old Roland FC-100 mkII footcontroller to be able to change effects on the Positive Grid guitar app BIAS FX2. (By mistake I wrote my questions as a personal message so the thread is not visible here.)
Now the only thing left to make it work as a "real" pedal board for me is the LEDs. At the moment they are lit only when moving to and pressing a new pedal. I need them to act in synch when turning each pedal on/off (like a regular guitar pedal). According to Nic that would be possible if I connected another MIDI cable to Midi out on my sound card and MIDI in on the pedal. Now I got the second cable but have no idea where to start to make it work.
My set up:
- Roland FC-100 mkII footcontroller + RMC-1(RRC to MIDI converter)
- Steinberg UR22c usb interface with MIDI in and out
- iPad Air2
Help would be much appreciated.
Regards
Per
