Alright, so I'm not very savvy when it comes to understanding programming/coding but I can learn. I'm also not the greatest at translating what I want to do into code so here goes nothing.
First off here's the hardware and software I'm planning on using.
Hardware iPad Air 32gb running latest iOS 8.3 TC-Helicon Voicelive 3 Novation Launchpad mini Focusrite 2i2 Connected via powered USB hub and CCK
Software LoopyHD midibridge AudioBus Thor LiveFX (not sure if i need more)
What I'd like to do: The Voicelive 3 has the ability to sync it's clock to LoopyHD over USB. Using midi bridge I was able to get that working, but there is a latency that I don't know how to overcome. The manual says that the offset for the tempo needs to be set around 70 milliseconds. Is there a workaround in midibridge to put the offset in using the Stream Byter?
What I'm not sure if I could do I'd love to be able to send a visual representation of the clock/tempo to the lights on the launchpad mini. Somehow getting the clock to flash 4 lights in a row on the launchpad. Probably not easy to do, but just throwing it out there.
Thanks for any help with this!

Hi blunosereindeer, If you need to delay Loopy's clock signal by 70ms before being delivered to the VoiceLive, then you can do this by enabling a Stream Byter module on the VoiceLive destination port (on right) in MidiBridge and copy/pasting the following: # delay clock by 70ms FA-C = XX +D70 F8 = XX +D70You can't make Loopy's clock appear 70ms earlier though! As for making the launchpad display the current bpm, I know of no app that could do this on iOS. Its a very specific use-case; would need custom development. Regards, Nic.

Thanks for the quick reply. How hard is it to code something that would be able to offset midi clock messages? I'm asking this from a purely newbish point of view.

Hi blunosereindeer, Not sure I understand. The rules I gave above delay the clock signal by 70ms. Is this not what you mean by 'offset clock messages' already? We're probably using different terminology. If you can describe your scenario where you would like to offset messages maybe that will help me understand what you are looking to do. Regards, Nic.
