Hi, I've been recently developing a guitar looping setup which would be as simple as follows: In Audiobus: JamUp Pro -> Loopy HD. I'm using an iRig BlueBoard Bluetooth pedalboard to set bindings in Loopy, which works well so far, thing is while having the BlueBoard App on at the same time as the rest of the apps, the pedalboard sends both messages to Loopy and to JamUp Pro (Program Change). So I get to record in Loopy, select next track, etc.,... but it keeps changing JamUp patches as well. I've tried to prevent it from sending program change messages to JamUp Pro, using MIDIBridge as follows: -Connecting BlueBoard to JamUp -Engaging the Event Filter (Out) in BlueBoard, selecting Program Change and Block -Engaging the Event Filter (In) in JamUp, same thing. Nothing happened yet. I'm sure I'm doing something wrong here so any suggestions will be fully appreciated! (PD excuse the weird or crappy English) Cheers!

Hi,
Just briefly, the issue is that JamUp insists on listening to all channels on all ports so it is picking up the BlueBoard directly. I have a devious method for solving your problem. I just want to test it out and then I'll post the solution (or report failure)
Regards, Nic.

OK, this will work and save you from having to reprogram Loopy
1. In the BlueBoard app, go to MENU and Settings and change MODES to CTRL CHANGE 2. Make sure Loopy is running and start MidiBridge 3. Connect BlueBoard on left to Loopy on right so green line goes between them 4. Touch the 'beaker' icon on the BlueBoard input (left) and select Stream Byter accessory arrow 5. Press 'On' and paste the following into the text box:
# remap BlueBoard CC to PG B0 = CX B1-F = XX +B
6. Press 'Install Rules' then Done and Done
Now, what should happen is that JamUp will see the BlueBoard events as before but now they will be control change events (controller 0 to 3) that are hopefully not mapped to anything.
Only Loopy will see the remapped program changes since we are pushing those directly to it's virtual input which JamUp cannot intercept.
Be careful *not* to connect the BlueBoard input to MidiBridge's output in this setup, as JamUp would see those events and change programs as it did before.
Regards, Nic.

Great! In fact BlueBoard does nothing to JamUp in Control Change Mode so it's a perfect solution, a nicely thought one. I'll have a go at it as soon as I can. Thanks again and Regards!
