Short of going under the curtains and delete the plist, which I did... How do you remove a Preset you created in StreamByter. I was able to add, edit .... but didn't see a delete. Help? Thanks -gk

To delete a preset (any module, not just Stream Byter), expand the Presets panel with little white triangle, select the preset in the picker and hold down the Save button for a couple of seconds and release. A confirm dialog should pop up.
Regards, Nic.

Counter-intuitive ;-) but it worked thanks! Now onto why I need to delete and re-added . . . I cannot get the filter out active sense to work. My code (from my understanding of your help file) F0 = XX +B (By the way, Is there a comprehensive list of commands, or is it all there in the file that I missed and should just read more carefully? ) I did install the rule, I saved a couple of times, missed-spelled titles and all .. , to assure I didn't have strange characters in the code. I loaded the streambyte preset and made it active. Still nothing. My StudioLogic 990sl controller is screaming with this stream of data. It's not a thing except for trying to read midi streams in a utility or the blinking-lights-go-wild in my studio with nothing going on. I placed the filter on the IN icon of the Line6 MMII which is coming directly from the controller's out. Thanks for you help Nic, your product is grand as well as the support. Best, Gary

Hi Gary, Preset delete is counter-intuitive - agreed. Still learning UI design... Next app will be better :-) The built-in manual actually documents everything about the app (including preset delete) and there is also a Stream Byter Guide and I use somascape MIDI referenceI block out active sense all the time for the same reason, but FE is the active sense byte (not F0 - that's sysex start) so your rule should be: # block active sense FE = XX +BI suspect that one will work a good bit better! Regards, Nic.

Hey Nic, Agree, agree, as I too am learning your app. Not a prob, me just a lazy composer. :-) Thanks for the document links; I will study reference as needed. Also thanks for the correct block code. But, I need to point out to you that the documentation online stream byter guide and the in-app help are in conflict. The online guide says its FO, the in-app says FE. I did reference the online guide that's where I got the code and scratched my head, so I posted your help. Then late last evening I discovered the FE on the in-app help. So I delayed to change until I heard back from 'da Man! Thanks again for your support! I look forward to using the proper code. Best, Gary ps: thank you for the somascape link too. I've been searching for a comprehensive doc like this..

Gosh, I didn't realise the guide was so wrong. Thanks for letting me know. I have fixed and updated that.
