Hi Nic, Unless I missed something, most synth apps I have ( like Animoog and Sunrizer ) don't have a note transpose option, nor a oscillator pitch knob ( strange for a synth, isn't it ? ). Basically whatever notes coming in is what your getting.
Enter Midibridge : Since I'm splitting my keyboard ( in my case my launchpad midi controller ) into 2, and since I'm not able to adjust the pitch on the synth side, I have no choice but to use midibridge for tuning the patches case by case. My question is : Is there a way to transpose each of the two sections of the keyboard split individually ?
If not, I think I can work around it using note remap, but it would be powerful to have a transpose for each section, so I can dial in my sounds, then go up or down pitch for each split section in band practice without dealing with note remap.
Cheers

Hi Omar,
The normal way would be to use the Note Mapper module (which has a transpose feature) on the various destinations to set your transpose values. You can then either transpose on the fly or recall via scene change.
However, based upon your first thread (unexpected hardware disconnects) I think you are sending all your events to the MidiBridge output in which case the remap option is the only viable solution that I can think of right now.
Might be worth experimenting with sending to Animoog's virtual in and seeing if the disconnect issue re-appears. If it does, try sunrizer instead (and switch Animoog back to MidiBridge). Maybe just one of the apps is causing the unwanted disconnect issue and you can get a slightly more flexible routing setup if you isolate which app (hopefully just the one) is doing it.
Regards, Nic.
