I have been trying to get Geo Synth to play Sampletank instruments but no luck. I have watched tons of videos on YouTube. It appears I'm doing everything right but Geo Synth only plays the instrument loaded in to it, not the Sampletank instrument.

I think in the last release of SampleTank, it's own virtual inputs were broken, so you need to setup as follows:
GeoSynth - send MIDI to MidiBridge MidiBridge - connect MidiBridge in (left) to MidiBridge out (right) SampleTank - select MidiBridge as the input

Thanks Nic! I actually figured it out later that day. I had the exact setup you described but still nothing. I discovered that if I turn the volume all the way down in Geo Synth (tab at top) then it worked.

Hi vinnie13, Thanks for posting that bit of wisdom. If Geo indeed only sends MIDI when local volume is zero that would be a gotcha for many people. Regards, Nic.
