Hello,
First of all, i really appreciate your apps. They've solved so many band's issues.
Basically, I'm using Midibridge to send Midi clock to my drummer and my loop station(Pigtronix). And it worked amazingly(actually i'm more than happy about this)
But my loop machine has midi CC function which i can turn on and off the reverse mode. the reverse mode is CC# 28 and value 0 is turning it off and value 127 is turning it on. How can i do this with midibridge? i can tell it's something about Stream Byter but i have no idea what to do with it...
please please help me
Thanks.
This is from website.. ===================================================================
The value of these MIDI CC/Note messages determines whether the message acts like a switch press or delivers a specific type (short or long) of switch press.
A value of 0 is not pressed, a value of 127 is pressed. For MIDI controllers that send 127 when pressed and 0 otherwise, this type of command lets the MIDI footswitch act like the buttons (hold for 2 seconds for a long press, or less for a short press).
Values of 1 or 2 specifically send a short press and long press respectively and act immediately.

Hi themoch, MidiBridge itself isn't really designed to be a controller. If you want to control the pigtronix from the iPad I'd suggest using an app like stompwatch (or really any programmable controller app) to generate the CC on and off messages and then you can control the reverse setting remotely. Where MidiBridge would be useful is if you had some sort of external MIDI controller and needed to remap whatever it sends to the pigtronix required CC values. However, it would be possible to program MidiBridge to issue the relevant CC message when you loaded a scene and then you could use the scene switcher to change the setting, but this is a little more clunky than using an app designed as a remote controller though. I may not quite have grasped what you are looking at doing. Maybe you could outline how you would like to control the reverse setting? From an app? From an external MIDI controller? Regards, Nic.
