I have added a new scene to the scenes club, 'Keyboard Splitter'.
This will split an incoming keyboard signal over two channels (notes and aftertouch) and is a Stream Byter module.
By default the split point is at Middle C and it splits into channels 1 and 2. The current split point is shown on the left block label.
However, you can change the split point via the MIDI controller itself by holding down the sustain pedal and then tapping the new split point on the controller.
If you wish to split across alternative channels than the default 1 and 2, you could add two channel strips in parallel after the Keyboard Splitter and set 1st channel strip allowed incoming to 1 and remap to desired output channel and the 2nd channel strip allowed incoming to 2 and remap to desired output.
Of course, you can change the default split point, lo/hi channels and even the learn CC by modifying the 'ASS L0 = 3C 00 01 40' line to suit.
Add extra Keyboard Splitters for more splits or overlapping splits - mix and match!
Regards, Nic.
