![]() Hello Nic, I tried but failed to have a start/stop/continue message to Midibus. 1.I tried using MMC for "play". Midivision logs : 00:00:00:000 system exclusive Manuf 7F sys databytes Bytes F0 7F 01 06 02 7F This message 2 times. Here's my interface for x-station : Also into Midibridge I can see a red cross on my midi in (left) while I press the button. I noticed also on press play, that the green line disapeared between midi1 in (left) and midibridge out (right) 2. So I tried this, based on that post: audeonic.boards.net/thread/106/tip-remote-controlling-aurias-transportTook the exact same values for testing. First time I hit start : it starts,(youhou...) then nothing worked anymore (bouhou...) no start/stop/continue, finito ! kaput ! The connexion (the green line) disappear, and the stream byte rule also dissapeared... Tried to send the log, but "my device can't send mails"... Argh...Could you help me a bit please ?

On mobile, so brief:
Sounds like MidiBridge is changing scenes on you unexpectedly if a program change is coming in.
Go to Preferences>Options and set 'Scene Channel' to 'off'. Hopefully that should stabilise things while you test.
BTW, red X just means MidiBridge has detected sysex data on the port - it is just an information message.
Regards, Nic.

I'm not sure this will work for you using those sysex MMC commands.
The Stream Byter only examines the first 3 bytes of a MIDI message, so since the MMC commands are 6 bytes and the start/stop part are in the 5th byte, the Stream Byter is going to treat MMC start and stop as the same message for matching.
I don't know the X-Station at all, but you are best mapping the buttons you want to use for controlling the transport to controller or program change messages and working from there.
Regards, Nic.

Using MMC didn't work, but using the same parameters as for Auria tutorial worked well. I have issues now with starting multiple virtual synths, for instance Beat Maker 2 + funkbox. Sometimes funkbox does not start. After moving some stuffs, it's now BM2 that does not start... Well, further testing is needed...
